Job Description
Work Schedule: 8 hour shift
Work Location: Quezon City
QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Background:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
● NOTE: CPA certification is highly preferred.
Work Experience:
● At least 5 years of experience in taxation, bookkeeping, and government compliance.
● Previous experience handling multiple branches or franchises is a plus.
Technical Skills:
● Expertise in tax software and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) BETTER if autocount.
● Strong understanding of BIR, SEC, and LGU compliance requirements.
● Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and analysis. Better if GOOGLE Workspace

Job Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The Taxation Manager/Specialist will oversee all tax-related matters for the company, ensuring compliance with government
regulations and optimizing tax processes. This role includes managing bookkeeping, handling all BIR and SEC requirements,
preparing and filing necessary documents, and ensuring timely submission of permits and annual financial statements
Key Results Area (KRA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI):Tax Compliance
● Prepare, file, and pay all BIR-related taxes, including VAT, income tax, withholding tax, and other statutory obligations.
● Ensure compliance with all government regulations and deadlines.
Bookkeeping
● Maintain accurate financial records for all branches.
● Reconcile accounts monthly and prepare financial summaries.
SEC and GIS Filings
● Handle the General Information Sheet (GIS) and annual SEC filing requirements.
● Ensure accuracy and compliance with all submissions.
Business Permits and Licensing
● Process and renew business permits for all branches.
● Liaise with LGUs to ensure compliance with local requirements.
Annual Income Statement
● Prepare the company’s annual income statement and other financial documents for year-end reporting.
● Work closely with auditors for annual reviews.
Process Optimization
● Develop and implement efficient processes for tax filing and compliance.
● Regularly review tax-saving opportunities to reduce liabilities.
Reporting and Advisory
● Provide management with regular updates on compliance status.
● Advise on any changes to tax laws or regulations affecting the business
