Job Description
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer support, quality assurance, or software development
-Familiarity with IoT devices, SaaS platforms, and basic troubleshooting.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional Asian languages are a plus).
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple responsibilities.
-Knowledge of the Asian market dynamics, including cultural and business practices.
Job Role & Responsibilities
A. Sales Support:
-Client Assistance: Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support during the sales process, addressing client inquiries and helping to tailor solutions to meet specific needs.
-Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, ensuring that all product specifications and capabilities are communicated.
-Product Demonstrations: Conduct technical product demonstrations and training sessions for potential and existing clients.
-Installation support: Participate in major installs to ensure all IOT devices are working properly, software is set up for customers, and that users are trained to use the systems.
-Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to inform future improvements and features.
B. Software Development:
-Development & Maintenance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our SaaS platform, ensuring that it remains robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
-Customization: Work on client-specific customizations and integrations, adapting our software solutions to meet unique client requirements.
-Bug Fixes: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues, ensuring a seamless user experience for our clients.
C. Collaboration:
-Collaborate with the product and development teams to continuously enhance the software and incorporate new features based on customer and market needs.
D. Installation support:
-Participate in major installs to ensure all IOT devices are working properly, software is set up for customers, and users are trained to use the systems.
