Job Description
Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries.
Process orders and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate meetings and follow up with clients.
Prepare sales reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
Provide product information and support to customers as needed.
Ensure timely communication within the sales department.
Requirement
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Level: Over 10 years of progressively responsible experience in inside sales support.
Skills and Competencies: Strong sales strategy and management skills, expertise in key account management, and exceptional organizational skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Support sales teams, manage client relationships, and develop sales strategies.
Working Conditions: Office environment with possible remote working options.
