Job Description

Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and conducting audits of financial statements.
Gather and analyze financial data and documents.
Prepare audit reports and documentation.
Identify areas of risk and non-compliance.
Communicate audit findings to senior auditors and management.
Assist in developing audit plans and strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Perform follow-up audits to monitor corrective actions.
Maintain accurate and organized audit files.
Support the audit team in various administrative tasks.
Participate in training and development programs.
Assist in the preparation of audit presentations.
Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information.
Conduct research on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Any Business course
Atleast 1 year experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Experience with audit software is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
