Technical Services & Business Development Specialist - Dairy

• Actively promote Ceamsa’s product range to Diary companies in South East Asia
and other selected markets in ASPAC. Generate healthy project pipeline from the
assigned markets in collaboration with sales team in the assigned territory.
• Provide trouble shoot during the development stages and contribute to convert
opportunities into sales.
• Frequently visiting customers, attending their technical requirements
• Provide insights from the market to internal R&D and innovation teams in order to
customize Ceamsa’s solutions to the market
• Working together with the distributors’ technical team to conceptualize the
solutions to the dairy industry in the territory, and plan joint visits to the customers.
• Identify and approach new projects together with the marketing and sales team in
the region
• Create and maintain contact with customers´ technical key personnel and
decision makers to understand the business strategy and anticipate needs of the
customer.
• Understand customer needs and provide feedback to the organization on product
performance, effectiveness, and competitive activity.
• Build and maintain healthy project pipeline of opportunities and deliver them
according to the priorities set and ensure growing business in line with agreed
targets.
• Deploy the industry segmentation strategy to stay focussed on building value to the
company.
• Continuously expand knowledge on customers, the application and markets to
create new innovation ideas for new projects.
• Work with cross-functional team to develop new products in line with customers’
expectations.
• Liaise with Dairy Industry Manager for day to day activities and to streamline
workflow at the reginal level.
• Be the team member to set-up regional application lab and manage Diary
application development activities locally.
• Collaborate with distributors to accelerate service delivery to customers and
ensure highest customer satisfaction.
• Deliver technical training to customers and distributors.
• Understand the technical benefits of Ceamsa’s products vs. competitive offerings.
• Prioritizing the overall R&D projects compared to success rate and potential
together with the Technical support manager - Dairy
