ACT (Machineries & Metal Craft) Corporation. is seeking a talented and experienced Branch Mechanic to join our team. As a Branch Mechanic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for our wide range of machinery and equipment at our Tumauini Isabela location. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our branch, contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to identify and address any issues or potential problems
Performing skilled repairs and troubleshooting on a variety of machinery and equipment
Documenting all maintenance and repair activities, and preparing detailed reports as required
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the branch
Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Providing excellent customer service and support to our clients
What we're looking for

Relevant trade qualification or certification in automotive or mechanical engineering.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a mechanic, preferably in the automotive or machinery industries BUT FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGE TO APPLY.
Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and repair a wide range of machinery and equipment.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment.
