Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College degree, Professional License (Passed Board/ Bar), Property development / Real estate management, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/ Administration / Management, Economics, Engineering (Civil) or Equivalent.
• Has a very good managerial and communication skills, highly developed organizational skills
• Has the ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines, proficient computer skills, and with good supervisory skills.
Trainings- Building and Property Management Seminar, Customer Service, Security Awareness, Legal Aspects.
• At least three (3) years working experience in related field preferably Assistant Manager / managers specializing Property or Estate or equivalent.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday-Saturday

SALARY OFFER:
35k-45k
