Job Description
Salary Offer: P16,000.00-18,000/month (depends on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm Onsite (shifting schedule)
Job Responsibilities:
Attends to general inquiries, facilitate out-patient
availments thru the 24/7 Hotline.
Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of Members
thru the 24/7 Hotline.
Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline
transactions.
Billing and payment verification
Cross departmental Collaboration
Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate
superior
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 YEAR Bachelor of Science course.
Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)
With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.
With good communication skills.
Willing to work on a rotational shift.
With good internet connection
With Computer/Desktop equipment
