Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: The Field Sales Agent will develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As a Field Sales Agent, they will also research sales competition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients.
2. Forecasting sales, developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness
3. Evaluating customers’ skills, needs and building productive long lasting relationship.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as outlined by the sales manager.
6. Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
7. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop effective strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
