Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated technical support advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues efficiently.

*Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services.
* Provide clear and concise explanations of technical solutions.
* Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and remote support procedures.
* Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support or engineering teams.
* **Customer Service:**
* Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
* Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
* Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude throughout customer interactions.
* Document customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.

Knowledge Base:
* Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to assist customers and colleagues.
* Stay up to date with the latest product releases, features, and troubleshooting techniques.

Qualifications:

*At least 6 months Technical Support Advisor
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
* A passion for technology and helping others.
