Location: Makati
Salary: Up to 170,000 PHP (Basic Pay)
Set-up: Onsite
Schedule: Night Shift

Responsibilities:
-- Support research and problem-solving initiatives.
-- Deliver requirements based on business needs.
-- Test and document programs in accordance with company guidelines.
-- Manage setups and documentation for audit requests.
-- Ensure data security in line with published security policies.
-- Collaborate with internal & external customers to define requirements and develop solutions.
-- Identify and implement process improvements within development.
-- Work with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SCRUM cycle to deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications:
-- Experience in ingesting and wrangling data in Power BI from both on-premises (Excel, Oracle, etc.) and SaaS sources (Azure DevOps, Web Services, etc.).
-- Expertise in creating DAX measures, reports, and dashboards in Power BI.
-- Experience deploying and managing Power BI apps in the PowerBI.com service.
-- Proficient in performing completeness and accuracy testing for Power BI reports.
-- Strong SQL skills for relational databases (on-premises/cloud).
-- Expertise in data analysis using Excel.
-- Ability to partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
-- Design and optimize key business metrics, reports, and dashboards for informed decision-making.
-- Use data visualization and statistics to address complex business questions.
