Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership role in the construction industry.
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and documentation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
With driving skills and must possess an updated driver’s license
Preferably with BOSH/COSH training.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall in-charge of the project and must know what is happening in the project and with all his people day-in and day-out.
Overall leader in the project, the PM must take charge of the promotion and practice of our company culture and values among all the personnel in his jurisdiction.
Monitor and supervise the performance of duties and responsibilities of all the personnel under his jurisdiction. He must ensure that his people are able to perform their key functions such as the Tool-box Meeting based on the recommended Agenda, Monthly FWAR and Progress Billing, attendance in the weekly coordination meetings, conduct and attendance in the weekly project team meeting and other duties and responsibilities.
Prepare the S-Curve, Work Schedule and Manpower Schedule (SWM) at the beginning of the project.
