• Customer Service (Local Tagalog - Voice Account)
• Customer Service (Local Tagalog - Non-voice Account)
• Customer Service | Document Specialist (US Non-Voice Account )
• Customer Service Associate (US Voice Account)

With at least 6 months of BPO experience:

• Customer Service Specialist (US Voice Account)
• Customer Service Healthcare Specialist (US Voice Account)
• Content Moderator (US Non-Voice Account )

As a Healthcare Billing Associate to join our dynamic team, you will be responsible for answering inquiries or queries of the customers for local healthcare provider. You will be effectively communicating via phone with our customers. You will also keep a positive and compassionate attitude towards customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handles, assists, and endorses claims, medical approvals, reimbursements, laboratory services, consultations, confinements, procedures, and Letter of Authorization (LOA).
• Educates callers regarding the healthcare’s products and guides them through the step-by-step process of using them when needed.
Handles customer service inquiries

Qualifications:

• At least a graduate of Senior high school or High school old curriculum
• Must have good written and oral communications skills
• Should be willing to work onsite on a shifting in BGC, Taguig
