Job Description

To identify and pursue new opportunities, grow market share, and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:
-Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new opportunities. Develop strategies to target new markets and meet company growth goals.
-Build a pipeline of potential clients, conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
-Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction and manage strategic partnerships.
-Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align business development efforts and deliver client-focused solutions.
-Monitor and report on sales, revenue, and other key metrics. Provide regular updates to senior management.
-Represent the company at trade shows and events, and support marketing campaigns to generate leads.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields
-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
-Proven success in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
-Proficiency in CRM tools and ability to travel when needed.
-Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig.
