Accounting Specialist (AP/AR) - up to 28k salary - Cubao

Job description

Key Responsibilities:
· Knowledgeable in basic accounts payable, accounts receivables, and book keeping
· Audit of payment requisitions
· Posting of journal entries in system
· Posting of payment in system and check printing
· Filing of sales invoices
· Understand expense accounts and cost centers
· Daily inventory tallying and monthly P-count
· Performing day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable
data
· Preparing bills, invoices and bank deposits
· Generate reports detailing accounts payable status
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree (4 years course) in related to accounting and finance
· With atleast 1 year experience of accounts payable/receivables assistant
· Data entry skills along with knack of numbers
· Having an experience with accounting systems (Sage 50, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.) is an advantage
· Familiar with basic bookkeeping and knows how to identify different G/L Accounts

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
