Job Description:
• Fluent in Both Korean and English
• Respond to Customer requests (by phone, email)
• Examine and resolve customer service issues
• Addressing customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Communicating changes, updates, delays, or complications with customers
• Process orders and resolve payment, refund, and billing issues
• Develop and execute sales campaigns using various sales tactics and focused messaging
• Establish and leverage strategies with existing partners to gain market share
• Work in a consultative manner to ensure expectations and success are achieved
• Achieve performance metrics and consistently hit the quota
• Ensure all business processes and policies are followed with precision, including but not limited to systems use, sales methodology, communication standards, etc.
• Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.
• Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision-makers, build quick rapport, assess needs, and close the sale

Salary:
100.000,00 ₱ Monthly
