Job Description

* Conduct regular salary and benefits reviews to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
* Analyze and interpret compensation and benefits data to make informed recommendations.
* Perform salary benchmarking studies to compare the company’s compensation levels with those of other organizations in the industry.
* Use benchmarking data to adjust salary structures and ensure market competitiveness.
* Develop and maintain salary structures and pay scales for different job categories within the organization.
* Ensure salary structures are equitable, competitive, and aligned with the company’s goals.
* Write and update compensation and benefits policies to ensure they comply with legal requirements and company standards.
* Communicate policies clearly to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
* Managing subordinate HR employees and daily operations related to compensation and benefits activities.
* Preparing reports, and presentations.
Salary:
60.000,00 ₱ Monthly
