Email Support Representative

Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree.
- Candidate must be keen to details.
- Average to excellent written and oral skills
- With good comprehension and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, should be flexible, knows basic keyboard shortcut.
- Average to excellent typing skills and internet savvy.
- Knowledgeable when it comes to MS Office
- Conversational, persistent and with high enthusiasm level.
- Amenable to work in a graveyard shift and onsite at San Juan City.

Job Responsibilities:
- -Ensure all customers receive the highest level of service by answering inquiries and resolving issues, primarily through email and chat.
- Ensure that all relevant mails are attended in a timely manner. Perform back office task to complete customer concerns and requests with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Collaborate and work effectively with other team members to achieve the best results for all customer related requests.
