Job Description

1. Communicate with co-workers and some outside vendors with
English and Spanish speaking skills.
2. Process orders and accurately input orders into the system.
3. Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure
accurate fulfillment of orders and timely delivery.
4. Resolve any order-related issues or customer concerns in a
professional manner.
5. Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.
*Good to excellent spoken and written English.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
*Proficient computer skills including MS Office and order
processing systems.
*Must have at least 3-6 months of e-mail/chat support experience
and data entry.
*Have good typing skills and can work efficiently.
*Willing to work graveyard shift (Monday to Friday)

Training set-up: More or less than 3 months OFFICE training in Pasig City, then a performance-based HYBRID and WFH set up will be arranged. A work computer will also be provided.

Salary: Negotiable
