COMPANY PROFILE: A BPO company established in the Philippines for over 28 years now. They offer a variety of services including outstanding payment collection, communication, telesales, CRM and subject moderation.
Position: Curriculum Developer

Salary: Php40,000-Php80,000 (Negotiable depending on years of working experience)
Work Set Up: Hybrid
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelors Degree holder
*Has at least 1 year of working experience in designing and developing curriculum modules.
*Amenable to work in night shift schedule.
*Has experience working in BPO Industry.
*Can start as soon as possible is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Creates and produces educational resources.
*Effectively applies project management, course creation, assessment, and learning needs analysis skills
*Create entry-level and advanced courses on their own for all leadership levels
*Organizes training sessions for staff skill improvement as needed
*Other task as assigned.
