Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Content Creation and Management:

Collaborate with content and design teams to produce engaging materials, including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and promotional content.
Maintain the company’s and clients’ content calendars to ensure consistent and timely updates.

Analytics and Reporting:

Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or SEMrush.
Prepare detailed reports to communicate results, insights, and recommendations to internal and client teams.

Social Media Management:

Develop and manage organic and paid social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social platforms.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search rankings.
Work with developers to implement SEO best practices.

Client Collaboration:

Serve as a key point of contact for client accounts, ensuring their needs and goals are met.
Provide creative solutions and ideas to enhance marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (4+ years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for staying updated with the latest marketing trends.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in Google Ads or Meta (Facebook) Ads is a plus.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
