Job Description
∙ Be a licensed Geodetic Engineer
∙ Have basic knowledge in survey procedures and the use of instruments
∙ Know how to use AutoCAD and MS Office
∙ Have strong leadership and communication skills to lead a team of surveying aides
∙ Be able to focus despite the work pressure & project timeline
∙ Be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
∙ Be willing to work on site dependent on location of current project
∙ Willing to travel
Duties and Responsibilities:
∙ Plan and direct the activities of geodetic surveying team
∙ Conduct surveys to determine exact positions, measurement of points, elevations, lines, areas, volume, contours and other features of land surfaces
∙ Collect survey data using the available surveying equipment in the site
∙ Analyze and interpret data gathered to ensure adherence to project specification and survey standards
∙ Ensure the correctness of mathematical calculations
∙ Create and submit weekly progress reports
∙ Project management and budgeting
