Job Description

The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that all raw products in the commissary meet food safety and quality standards before delivery to stores. The role involves meticulous checking, adherence to standards, and preparation of production reports.

- Must be a Graduate of BS Food Technology.
- Has an experience in the FOOD INDUSTRY (e.g restaurants, fast food chains, and the like) deep knowledge
- Must have deep knowledge and understanding of QUALITY STANDARDS and FOOD SAFETY PROTOCOLS
- Experience in Quality Assurance is an ADVANTAGE.
- Proficient in using MS Office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT, etc)
- Knowledgeable in doing daily, monthly production reports
- Must have good LEADERSHIP SKILL.
- Good Communication Skills
- METICULOUS and STRICT in checking the quality of the products from START to FINISH.
- Must be willing to do OVERTIME AND willing to WORK DURING HOLIDAYS AND REST DAY (if advised)
- Must be FLEXIBLE and has the INITIATIVE to perform tasks alone or with a team
- Must be a GOOD TEAM PLAYER
