Job Description
• Has experience in contingent workforce / Staffing / Managed Services
• With at least 5 years of experience
• Vendor Management skills
• Excellent Negotiation skills
• Good / Excellent Stakeholder Management.
• Excellent English language speaking skills .
• Good excel skills.
• Good presentation skills and PPT creation.
• Can work under fast paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Drive projects under the business services procurement portfolio.
• Drive the end-to-end Procurement tasks / RFP process. (PMO).
• Conceptually clear fundamentals of cost, cost reduction techniques.
• Understanding of agreements / contract negotiations.
• Understanding of scope-based activities (SOW).
• Required to provide proactive updates to stakeholders on the projects.
• Requirements sourced/to be handled could be international (SG).
• Inquisitive, clarifies and drives the overall RFP.
• Handle pressure situations.
• Will be reporting directly to the procurement head.

- 50.000,00 ₱ Monthly
