Job Description

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in claims processing, benefits administration, or other healthcare-related work.
• Previous experience in handling PhilHealth transactions is an advantage.
• Proficient in the latest PhilHealth policies, guidelines, and benefit packages.
• Familiarity in claims processing, medical terminology, and hospital processes.
• Competency in computer applications, especially MS office (Word, Excel) and PhilHealth e-claims or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Systems.
