UI/UX React

Key Responsibilities
-Design & Prototyping:
● Create user-centered designs using Figma, including wireframes, prototypes, and
high-fidelity mockups.
● Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all
platforms.
-React Development:
● Collaborate with frontend developers to implement UI components using React.
● Translate design specifications into functional React components, ensuring
responsiveness and performance.
-User Research & Testing:
● Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
● Analyze user behavior and data to improve and iterate on existing designs.
-Collaboration:
● Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and
implement innovative solutions.
● Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance user
experience.
-Quality Assurance:
● Ensure all designs are technically feasible and meet quality standards.
● Perform thorough testing of UI components to identify and resolve issues.

Required Qualifications
-Experience:
● 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
● Proven experience with React.js in a professional setting.
-Technical Skills:
● Proficient in Figma for design and prototyping.
● Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
● Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
-Design Skills:
● Solid portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
● Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout.
-Soft Skills:
● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
-Additional Tools:
● Experience with other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
● Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
-Methodologies:
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
● Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
