Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via chat, email, and phone to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products.
- Assist customers with navigating the e-commerce platform, guiding them through product selection and checkout processes.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or solutions to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide proactive support to ensure an outstanding customer experience, from initial inquiry through post-purchase.
- Handle customer complaints, issues, or concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving techniques.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the product catalog, promotions, and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer service goals.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle high volumes of customer inquiries while maintaining professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales processes.
- Comfortable using customer service software, CRMs, and online communication tools.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to the success of the team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
Salary:
17.000,00 ₱ Monthly
