Job Description
Earn up to Php 28,000 for this position

QUALIFICATIONS:
*At least 1 year of BPO experience as a Sales Representative or Retention Specialist
*Experience in taking inbound and outbound calls
*Good technical skills—able to comfortably navigate through smartphone and desktop applications
*Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
*A critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail
*Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
*Effective organizational and time management skills
*Willing to work on-site in Makati
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Assist customers via live chat/email in clear and concise written English
*Improve the quality of customer interactions daily
*Have fun and work effectively with a team of awesome people
*Able to work independently with minimal supervision
