Job Description

- Must be a bachelor's degree holder of Finance, Administration or any related
- Must have an experience in processing life insurance claims, adjudicating health or life claims for 2 years and up.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively articulate policy terms and conditions, and claims decision.
- Problem Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify claim processing gaps and recommend effective solutions for implementation.
- Familiarity with basic regulations governing the insurance industry, including data privacy, anti-bribery and corruption laws.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance requirements within the insurance industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The purpose of a Claims Assistant is to be able to help the Claims Officers:
- Responsible for assisting the claims officers in drafting settlement, decision and temporary closure letters.
- Responsible for CHUB encoding.
- Responsible for monitoring first and second pending notices in the systems.
- Responsible for pick-up and release of checks.
- Responsible for other tasked may assigned by supervisor.
Salary:
27.000,00 ₱ Monthly
