Job Description

Job Description
1. Leads a team that is responsible for the monitoring of orders, shipping and billing to customers.
2. Monitor and guide the team for its operational performance and End of Day results.
3. Responsible in maintaining accurate inventory by conducting regular inventory count and reconciliation.
4. Works closely with the Warehouse Team to ensure inventory accuracy and reliable reconciliation.
5. Effective management of Bad Orders (B.O) and make sure that B.O policies are strictly complied.
6. Must have the ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
7. Forecast demands, efficient inventory replenishment and sets acceptable level of inventory per SKU.

Qualification
1. Graduate of any business course preferably with background in Accounting;
2. With at least 2 years relevant work experience in Supply Chain Management or Warehouse Admin processes;
3. Excellent time management and with multitasking abilities;
4. Deep knowledge in data analysis;
5. Good interpersonal skills to build strong relationship with subordinates and colleagues;

1. Basic pay 20k - 25k depends on experience
