About the role

ICON is seeking an exceptional HR Compensation and Benefits professional to join our team in Holy Spirit, Quezon City Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation and administration of our employee compensation and benefits programs. This is a key strategic role, with a direct impact on attracting, retaining and motivating top talent at ICON.

What you'll be doing

Conducting market research to benchmark our compensation and benefits offerings against industry standards
Developing and implementing effective compensation and benefits strategies that support our business objectives and employee value proposition
Administering all aspects of our compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, bonuses, equity, retirement plans, and health/wellness initiatives
Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compensation and benefits are aligned with our talent management initiatives
Providing expert guidance and counsel to managers and employees on compensation and benefits policies and procedures
Utilising data analytics to monitor program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to compensation and benefits
What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
In-depth knowledge of compensation planning, job evaluation, pay structures, and benefits administration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization
Hands-on experience with HR information systems and compensation/benefits software
Up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
