UI/UX Designer

A UI/UX Design plays a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital products. They focus on the design of the user interface and user experience of websites, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces, ensuring that products are intuitive, engaging, and meet the needs of the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Create original graphic designs, including images, and sketches.
Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and preferences
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts
Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and easy to use.
Conduct usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness.
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Rough draughts should be prepared and presented to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Key Requirements:

Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Design, Digital Arts or any related courses.
Minimum of 1-2 year of relevant experience
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
Proficient in wireframe tools like Figma and InVision
Proficient in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members
Problem-solving and analytical thinking aptitude
Adaptability to new technologies and trends
Effectively works under pressure and to agreed deadlines and targets.
