Job Description

growth. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll play a key role in shaping financial strategies,
optimizing processes, and ensuring the financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of
financial results.
· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with company goals.
· Implement and maintain strong financial controls, systems, and processes in line with EOS principles.
· Analyze financial performance, monitor key metrics, and provide strategic recommendations to senior
leadership.
· Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
· Manage cash flow, financial risk, and capital expenditure to support operational efficiency and growth.
· Collaborate with department heads to drive accountability and financial discipline across the
organization.
· Prepare and present financial reports to leadership, providing insights into profitability, cost
management, and opportunities for improvement.
· Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, transparency, and continuous
improvement.
What You Bring:
· Proven experience as a Finance and Accounting Manager, Controller, or similar role in a distribution,
logistics, or supply chain environment.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
· Familiarity with the EOS framework is a plus, or the ability to work within structured systems and
processes.
· Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced, growth-oriented
environment.
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
· Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
· Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-
financial stakeholders.
· A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving business
landscape.

JOB Qualifications:
Experienced and Highly Operations Oriented. Good leader command. Able to manage groups/teams
simultaneously. Experienced working from retail, distribution, fast moving consumer good fmcg
industries are preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shift
