Job Description

Assist production workers in a factory by performing tasks such as operating equipment, loading materials, and keeping the work area clean. Some responsibilities of a production helper include:
Operating equipment:
Starting and monitoring machinery, lubricating machines, and making minor repairs
Loading materials:
Loading raw materials into machines and measuring ingredients
Maintaining the work area:
Keeping the work area clean and organized, removing debris, and keeping the factory floor clean
Removing defective equipment:
Pulling defective equipment off the line and reporting issues to a supervisor
Ensuring quality:
Inspecting assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards
Preparing for shipment: Packing up completed products and preparing them for shipment
