We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives!

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 2 years of completed college education.
-With BPO Experience of at least 1 year of financial or 2 years of generic BPO.
-Excellent English Communication.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Provide product/service information and support
- Process customer transactions and requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues

BASIC SALARY OFFER:

PHP 19,000 (Entry-level)
PHP 21,000 (Mid-level)
PHP 23,000 (Senior-level)

ADDITIONAL BENFEFITS:

Complexity Pay: PHP 3,000
Standard Allowance: PHP 2,675
Night Differential: 10%
Joining Bonus: PHP 15,000
Account Incentive: P4P (Pay for Performance)

Work Schedule:

Days Off: Weekends (Saturday-Sunday)
Shifts: 8 PM to 5 AM, 10 PM to 7 AM, or 12 AM to 9 AM
