Position: CSR (Technical engineer Home Appliances)
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 35,000 - pHP 45,000
Location: Main Office: Ortigas, Pasig City
Employment Status: Full time / Regular
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am -5 pm)
Start date: ASAP

Job Requirements:
Graduate of any bachelor graduate
Provide technical assistance for washers and dryers
Resolving frequent problems and debugging error codes, and guiding UK authorized service centers over the phone. proper product care, Maintenance advice, and usage to maximize performance.
For complicated repairs, work together with field specialists and supply supporting paperwork.
Keep abreast of new developments in washer and dryer technology and model characteristics.
Have a good communication skills.
Update the knowledge base to provide easy access to solutions for often encountered issues.
