Job Description
· College level
· With minimum of 6months’ experience in Field Sales and Marketing (Team Leader)
· Background in Financial or Loan Institution is an advantage but not required.
· Familiar with the different Loan and financial Processes is not required but an advantage.
· Honest & trustworthy, “Can Do” attitude, with great sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible. Creative and can think out-of-the-box.
·Willing to do 100% field work.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Successful and timely opening and revival of government agencies in assigned areas
2. Account generation on assigned agencies
3. Source out qualified Verifiers and Contacts inside the agencies
4. Maintain good relationship with Verifiers and Contacts
5. Ensures that all assigned agencies are active (with monthly loan releases, active verifiers and contacts)
6. Overall performance of assigned areas (Agency Implementation and Sales Production)
8. Acquire Information Centers as agents to help generate accounts
