Job Description
1) Providing further assistance to all incoming concern/request/complaint/feedback of customer professionally on daily basis.
2) Escalating customer’s every concern/request/feedback in a timely manner and in accordance based to the SOP given by the company.
3) Ensuring every information shared to customer correctly and accurately which in align with the inquiry and concern given by customer.
4) Working closely and be a good team player with various department
5) Following up tightly and promptly regarding customer issue or concern with related department.
6) Promoting the company latest product and promotion to customer in various form of communication method.
7) General administrative task – Reporting, documentation, etc...
8) Ensuring the Company client database were protected all the time and not disclose to any outsiders internally or externally.
Requirement
- Minimum High School Graduates
- Candidate possesses strong English and Tagalog communication skills (Oral / Written / Listening)
- Candidates has strong working experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage
- Willing to work on Weekends and Public Holiday
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
