Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot problems.
Coordinate with vendors for specialized services.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory.
Ensure a safe, clean work environment by following safety protocols.
Handle minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in maintenance or as a handyperson, preferably in office settings.
