Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. To facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize sales performance. Support sales and marketing teams in achieving sales targets and goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
2.Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials
3.Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
4.Regular updating and submission of Sales Report, SO and actual sales total and per agent (Daily, weekly and monthly extraction from SAP)
5. Store and sort sales data in electronic form and present reports thru SAP system
6.Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
7.Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
8.Coordinate with Logistics Team on delivery schedule
9.Coordinates with artist re: preparation of mock up and image, ensuring the lay-out and designs are all within the printing requirements of Production.
10.Follow up collection of account
11.Maintain and update client database
12.Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials or events
13.Prepares sample as required by Sales Team
14.Assist in marketing of the company’s products thru applicable means
15.Other related tasks that the Company may assign from time to time
16.Reliever to the company Artist/Marketing Assistant
REQUIREMENTS
College graduate in any business course with motorcycle and no tattoos
1-3 yrs experience as Sales Coordinator or Sales and Marketing
Computer literate (excel, power point, word)
Excellent communication Skills
With knowledge in adobe illustrator is a plus factor
