Job Description

-Document Controller: Manage, organize, and maintain project documents. Ensure timely distribution and accessibility of documents to stakeholders.
-CAD Operator: Prepare and revise technical drawings based on project specifications, assist in design coordination, and ensure compliance with standards.

Job Qualification*

-College Graduate (Preferably related to Office Management/Engineering or similar fields)
-Experience with managing construction project documents such as contracts, drawings, reports, submittals, and RFIs
-Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF tools
-Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Filipino
-Proficiency in document control systems and software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint)
-Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
-At least 2 years of relevant experience.
