Warehouse Supervisor

• Bachelor Graduate of any business course o any related field
• At least 3years of the same capacity
• Possess strong leadership and Character
• Proven strong knowledge in Construction Warehousing
• The role is primarily to have someone who has Managing capacity to oversee the daily warehouse activities which include but not limited to:

• Adaptable and endorse innovation; strengthen policy for company's system development
• Improve stock inventory and retrieval systems
• Inspecting and approving the quality and quantity of goods or equipment received and shipped out
• Enforcing health, standards, safety and security procedures
• Managing staff building teams, training employees and monitoring production performance
• Communicating and interacting with clients, vendors suppliers and customers
• Overseeing logistics of receiving, warehousing and dispatch operations
• Meeting regularly with warehouse leads to assess analyze and develop actionable plans for loss prevention and productivity
• Performing general maintenance of the machinery used in the warehouse
