Job Descriptions:
Assist in preparing, checking, and processing requests for payments, ensuring compliance with finance policies.
Assist in preparing, checking, and processing telegraphic transfers.
Assist in monitoring and managing credit card balances.
Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection.
Assist in monitoring and managing petty cash funds.
Assist in accurately recording all financial transactions in the accounting software.
Assist in maintaining and updating accounting books and records.
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve transaction-related concerns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Work experience is preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines.
