Job Requirements:
1. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Allied Sciences, Social Sciences, Social Work, Human Services.
2. Experience:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Direct Patient Care; such as in Long-Term Care, Home And Community-Based Services, Hospital/Facility Settings, Or Case Management.
- Experience working with managed care organizations, including Medicare and/or Medicaid recipients, preferred.
- Familiarity with BPO healthcare (member) processes, ideally in a Philippine setting.
Note: Candidates with only BPO healthcare experience- handling member calls for a year or more in direct patient care will also be considered.
3. Work Set up:
Willing to report onsite in ( G/F Giga Tower, Bridgetowne, C-5 Road corner, Ortigas Ave, Quezon City, Metro Manila )
