Sales Coordinator

Preferably Graduate of:
- Chemical Process Technology;
- Chemical Engineer;
- Environmental Science;
- or any course relating to analytical chemistry.
(license is optional)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages customer requirements;
- Ensures full customer satisfaction by offering alternative methods available in the absence of the specific method asked by the customer;
- Ensuring adequacy of sales-related services and materials;
- Maintaining organized sales records and preparing reports;
- Supporting managers, supervisors, engineers, and executives in day-to-day sales and escrow activities through the collection and dissemination of information;
- Communicating effectively with the sales team and clients
- Helping in implementing sales strategies;
- Contributing to customer satisfaction by responding to complaints and giving after-sales services;
- Establishing active communication with sales representatives;
- Collecting and maintaining financial and non-financial data;
- Monitoring team’s progress;
- Identifying shortcomings and proposing improvements;
- Assisting in organizing promotional events;

Minimum Qualification:
- Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator (optional)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Understanding of customer service
