Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Staff Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled Dispatch Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Dispatch Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.



Qualifications:

Preferably with at least six (6) months of CSR or Technical experience and above.

Experience with dispatching technicians to service locations based on priority and availability.

Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills

Average Typing Speed of 45-50 WPM

Excellent and able to Multi-task on the following:

Answering email inquiries

Able to do Inbound Calls

Able to do Outbound Calls for Callbacks

Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills

Team player and able to work with less supervision

Knowledge using Microsoft Excel Files and BuildOps ERP system

Good problem solver & has a Positive attitude

Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays

Well-organized, responsible, and has initiative

Independent with a positive work ethic and passion to succeed

Willing to start immediately
