Job Description
Propose new product concepts to internal counterparts, assist in design and coordination of new processes, and secure buy-in of key stakeholders
Conduct product briefing with internal units, maintaining active communication with the sales network, replying to product related requests, solving non-standard issues
Responsible for collecting product requirements from various teams and conducting relevant communication and feasibility analysis.
Continuously track and understand the latest features of various banking apps/e-wallets and conduct competitive research on new functionalities.
Creates end-to-end user and system flows, Conceptualizes and executes the features and functionalities of the banking digital systems.
Manages the functionalities and conducts Acceptance Testing pre-production release.
Collaborates with technical teams for timely product delivery
Provides feedback to business stakeholders and top management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
At least 5 to 7 years of Product / Project Management experience
3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager from Technology, Fin-tech, Finance or Banking industry is highly desirable
Candidates who have strong experience in the local market KYC process are huge advantage
Experience in product lifecycle management, preferably in an agile framework
Strong team collaboration spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility, high execution ability, and resilience under pressure.
Preference will be given to those who can use Chinese as a working language
