Job Description

Our mission is to empower aspiring artists and professionals through accessible and high-quality education. To expand our reach, we are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer specializing in Paid Media and Facebook Ads to drive lead generation and course enrollments.

Mission:

Your primary mission is to strategize, analyze, set up, monitor, test, and report on ad performance for Facebook Ads campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads for our online courses. Your goal is to ensure that every campaign delivers a positive ROI on our ad spend, helping us achieve sustainable growth and reach new aspiring learners.

Work Hours:
- 2 Days Off: TBD
- Flex schedule (You can choose any time between 9 AM - 12 MN PHT but you have to indicate the times. Just make sure you can be present for meetings)


Requirements:
- Stable internet connection
- Own desktop/laptop
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns for lead generation, preferably in online education or e-commerce.
- Proven track record of being able to scale and handle at least P50k/mo worth of ad budget
- In-depth knowledge of Marketing Funnels
- Enjoys strategy and analyzing numbers
- Creative problem solver who can come up with data-driven solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Copywriting and graphic design skills
- Excellent at multitasking

Main Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to generate leads for online courses, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering against KPIs.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, including:
- Cost per Lead (CPL): Maintain or reduce CPL to meet profitability goals.
- Click-Through Rate (CTR): Achieve or exceed the CTR benchmark of at least 2%.
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Ensure a ROAS of 3x or higher.
- Conversion Rate (CVR): Improve conversion rates through optimized targeting and ad creative.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize ROI and ensure KPIs such as CPL and ROAS are consistently met.
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Implement advanced audience segmentation, including lookalike audiences and retargeting campaigns, to generate qualified leads.
- Creative Testing & Optimization: Collaborate with the creative team to test ad variations (copy, visuals, and formats) and optimize for best-performing combinations that drive engagement and conversions.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to improve ad copy, visuals, and landing page conversion rates.
- Landing Page Optimization: Plan, design and create landing pages to generate leads.
- Performance Reporting & KPI Tracking: Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, highlighting KPI results, insights, and actionable recommendations for improvements.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as updating campaign trackers, preparing performance reports for management, and maintaining campaign documentation.
- Coordinate with the other departments to ensure that we generate quality leads for our online courses.

Nice to have:
- Experience with other paid media platforms (YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads) and landing page optimization is a plus.
- Experience setting up landing pages and optimizing for conversions
- Experience in market research/customer development/customer interviews.
- Sincere interest in art/drawing/calligraphy/painting/journaling/fountain pens.

Compensation:
- P30k - P35k Basic Pay during the 5-month probation period
- P40k - P45k Basic Pay after probation + bonus for target hits
- Basic Benefits such as SSS, PAG-IBIG, and PhilHealth
- Mid-year bonus (depending on business sales performance & mid-year evaluation results) + 13th-month bonus
