RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Job Description:

Implement current recruitment processes like managing online recruitment sites and HR management system software
Make outbound calls to conduct phone interviews to screen applicants and schedule for training
Send text message and/or email reminders to applicants
Conduct background checks on applicants
Ensure smooth transition from applicant status to trainee
Create reports and provide sound advice on developing new recruitment strategies
Continuous training to eventually become an HR Manager
Perform other duties as assigned

Excellent English writing and communication skills
Confident and positive demeanor
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good Work Attitude
Intelligent
Fast learner
Organized and has strong attention to details
Ability to assess presented information and decide the correct course according to the interest of the company’s objectives
Flexible
Experience in recruitment and/or outbound sales calls is preferred but not required

Equipment:

Hardware: Laptop/Desktop (at least Pentium processor and 4 GB RAM)
Headset: an A4tech or Jabra computer headset with noise-cancelling feature
Connectivity: Wired connection; minimum of 10 Mbps
Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype
