Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day management of assigned properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, and property maintenance.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with lease agreements, safety regulations, and property standards.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations as needed, liaising with contractors, vendors, and property owners to ensure timely completion and quality workmanship.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to property management activities, including rent payments, maintenance requests, and lease agreements.
- Assist with financial management tasks, such as rent collection, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Support the implementation of property management policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve company objectives and deliver exceptional service to clients and tenants.
Qualifications:
- With 6 months New Zealand and Australian Real Estate experience.
- Conducts and ensure a smooth tenant onboarding process.
- Scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs with vendors.
- Preparing and sending lease agreements and other property-related documents.
- With experience in Vault RE, Nurture Cloud and Campaign Track.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good English communication.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Can start ASAP.
